About the Event

Join me for a fun night of relaxing watercolor painting.  I will be showing beginner techniques, getting you used to working with this fun and relaxing medium.  Watercolors are  great for personal illustration projects, they are easy to use and portable, making them the perfect hobby.  They are also gaining popularity in professional design work for their authentic feel.

In this series of 1 hour workshops I will be showing you how to work with the water and the pigments for maximum effect.  We will allow the water to dictate the look and feel of our works, allowing us to blend colors direction on the paper.  We will be painting Iris flowers as a way to speed up the arrival of spring!
